Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi’s private employees has been accused of assaulting a cab driver Monday in Chennai after he objected to the previous’s request to make a number of stops throughout a visit from the airport to Mugalivakkam.

In response to the police, cab driver Thirunavukarasu (23) picked up Sambandam, who booked the journey by way of an app, from the airport. Sambandam allegedly prolonged the journey time by making a few stops which led to an argument between the motive force and him.
As per the motive force, Sambandam slapped him in the course of the argument. A grievance was filed on behalf of the motive force on the Nandambakkam police station. The police famous {that a} Neighborhood Service Register (CSR) has been registered on this case.

As I didn’t know what to do, I known as the police (management room) and as quickly as they got here, they seized my cellphone and haven’t given it again to me until now. I’ve been made to toil right here however they didn’t take any motion towards the officer.”
In the meantime, efforts to achieve Sambandam for a remark didn’t succeed.
