Taiwo, who retires from Dal this April, was honoured earlier this month with an Award for Black Excellence in recognition of her dedication and affect at Dal.
Cody Turner, visible media supervisor with Dalhousie’s Communications, Advertising and marketing & Artistic Companies staff, caught up with Tawio at Dal’s African Heritage Month kick-off occasion earlier this month the place she acquired the award.
