Mr. Basile van Havre was Co-Chair for the Conference on Organic Range’s Open-Ended Working Group tasked with the event of the Kunming-Montreal World Biodiversity Framework. He has over 30 years of expertise working in Canada’s Atmosphere Division. Along with being Canada’s CBD focus, his roles over time included each Director Normal of the Biodiversity Coverage and Partnerships and Director of Inhabitants Conservation and Administration on the Canadian Wildlife Service, Chair of the CITES Elephant working group and CBD Discussions on Indigenous Information and Repatriation, Co-Chair of the Worldwide Joint Fee on Nice Lakes Water High quality Board, and Director on the Meteorological Service of Canada.
