Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, East Washington Avenue shall be absolutely closed to each instructions of visitors between Blair Road and Webster Road for asphalt resurfacing. The road will reopen by 6:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Milling off the present floor layer of asphalt, in preparation of the resurfacing, will happen on Friday, September 22, whereas sustaining one lane of visitors in every path.
