Indian Council of Agricultural Analysis (ICAR) is inviting purposes for the put up of Authorized Advisor and Assistant Authorized Advisor on a deputation foundation (together with short-term contract) at its headquarters and institutes.

Qualification for Authorized Advisor

Candidates making use of for authorized cadre/departments of Central or State Authorities or Union Territories or Autonomous Our bodies or Public Sector Undertakings:

(i) Holding analogous Posts regularly within the mother or father cadre/division; Or with 5 years of service in Degree-12 of a Pay Matrix (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.7600) or equal pay scale regularly;

Possessing a bachelor’s diploma in regulation and a minimal of fourteen years of expertise in dealing with authorized issues.

(i) Holding analogous Posts regularly within the mother or father cadre/division; Or (ii) With 5 years of normal service within the pay Degree-12 (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600) or equal pay scale on common foundation within the mother or father cadre/division.

Qualification Chief Finance and Accounts Officer

Officers with 10 years of expertise in Audit/Finance/Accounts underneath the Central or State Authorities or Union Territories or Autonomous Our bodies or Public Sector Undertakings:

and

i) Holding analogous posts regularly within the mother or father cadre/Division

or

ii) With 5 years of normal service within the Pay Degree-11 (Pre-revised PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600) or equal Pay scale within the mother or father cadre/division.
