Ropes & Grey represented Compass Diversified in reference to its sale of its majority owned subsidiary, Wheelhouse Holdings, Inc., the mum or dad firm of Marucci Sports activities, LLC (“Marucci”), to Fox Manufacturing unit Holding Corp.
